Orange roasted carrots

Q: Whats orange and smells of carrots?

A: Rabbit puke!

Now that your appetite is whetted….

Ingredients:

Carrots, broad beans, garlic, juice of half a large orange, sesame seeds if you have them, salt, pepper, oil and sage.

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. In a dish place the broad beans, carrots, and whole (unpeeled) cloves of garlic. Sprinkle with the oil and juice. Add the sage and sesame seeds. Season to taste. Cover in tin foil and cook for about 30 min.
