This was recommended to me last week by my work friend Viv so tried it on Saturday. It’s fresh and delicious.
4 carrots, 2 apples, a bit of fresh ginger, mixed seeds.
1 part fresh orange juice, 1 part fresh grapefruit juice, 1 spoon of Dijon mustard, 3 parts sesame seed oil,salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic, mint,
Shred the apples and carrots, toast the seeds in the pan and add to the bowl.
Whisk the juices, oil, mustard and grate the garlic. Toss the slaw with the dressing and serve with fresh shredded mint.
